How do I register?
Click on the Register button and follow the steps. Make sure you complete the organisation section and marketplace items. Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk folder and add b2match on your safe list.
How can I book meetings?
To book meetings click on "Participants" from the main menu
If available there will be a green camera beside their name. Click on the "available" button and then click request meeting
Please note - you must accept or decline each meeting. Meetings that are "Pending" will not be scheduled.
Do I arrange the timing of my meetings?
Your guest will select a mutually convenient time
I can’t attend due to unforeseen circumstances. What should I do?
Contact your guest through the platform and notify the organiser as soon as possible. Try to reschedule your meetings.
When will my profile go live?
Profiles are reviewed by the organisers to ensure they meet an acceptable standard. A clear, concise profile which defines your business, who you want to meet and what you want to achieve through your participation will help you find the most appropriate partners and ensure you get maximum value from the event. You will be contacted by the organiser if you need to make changes.
When will I get my meeting schedule?
A day before the event you will receive your schedule. You can also view your schedule online by logging into your account and going to “Meetings”. You can also check your schedule on your phone via the b2match app.
What if I forget my password?
Go to the Log in with the e mail address you used to register and then click on "Forgot password?"
Can I make changes to my profile?
Yes, you can amend or add to your profile anytime by logging into your account and editing the content.
How long are the meetings?
Meetings are 30 minutes long. Be prepared. Think about your questions, what you want to get out of the meeting and what information the other person might want from you.
Why can’t I book a meeting?
You may not have selected to participate at times that overlap. Consider increasing your availability to include more meeting sessions.
How do I join a scheduled meeting?
You can access your meeting schedule via Menu "Meetings" in the top right corner.
Click the green button "Start meeting" next to your meetings to join the 1:1 meeting Video Call
What if my guest doesn’t attend?
It might be a previous meeting has overrun. Send them a message via the platform or contact your support office who will try to assist. Look to try to reschedule the meeting if they have encountered a problem on an alternative day through the B2Match platform or via Zoom.
What is the meaning of Support Office?
The support office relates to your regional office. You should pick the support office closest to your business address/place of operation. If your region does not have a local support office please select other.
